About 15 years ago, when my young daughter started having tummy
pains, I started to do the rounds of doctors trying to find out what
the causes were.

I couldn’t find any answers.

Fortunately, the Pre School my daughter attended had a nutritionist in
for a parent education evening. WOW, what a learning experience!
That was the first I’d ever heard of food allergies and the effects
they could have on your body! It led us to a dietician and working our
way through the elimination diet.

We found her problem and it started us on a journey of changed
eating habits.

I remember how difficult it was finding foods that we could eat. The
endless label reading… searching through ingredients. The frustration
and despair…. and the excitement of finally finding something new that
we could eat.

In opening this store, I am attempting to share with you some of the
knowledge that I have gained over the years… the knowledge that I
continue to gain through sharing my experiences and exchanging stories
with customers, as well as an extensive range of products, with
exciting new options for everyone!

Not only did I learn about food intolerances and replacing certain food
categories in my family’s diet, but I also became aware that food could
be our medicine. The more nutritious our food is, the better our food is
for us. That led us to eating ORGANIC, where the food is not only
good for you but tastes great too!

So welcome to our store where I hope that you too will be in
                  "7th heaven".
